I made the water with Vallejo Still Water. Great Stuff.
The "moving" water was made out of clear silicone.
First I put a small layer of silicone on a glas panel. After that I dipped (?) a spoon against the silicone to get some structure. After the silicone was dry I took it from the glas panel und cut it into pieces. The pieces were applied on the Vallejo Still Water.

That was eays
1. Ak Interactive Wet Effects Fluid AK 079
This Fluid was also used on the lower part of the hull to make it look really wet
2. Flowing water on the tyres was made out of "saran wrap", "cling film" (?).

Awesome modelling on both model and diorama. Congratulations!!! Also great result on phase II of the water part. The Effect on the water from the tyres of the vehicle spluttering out of the water is highly realistic!

Great job! It looks like a winner even without the water, but the water makes it extra special. Very creative! Thanks for sharing how you did it.

The water looks great and the figure does add action to the dio. How did you get the white foamy action of the water? The pictures you took make the water and the wheels look like they are still in motion, maybe its my poor eyesight.
