Colonial Viper Mk. II
Starting to paint the pilot, noticing a fit issue. Anyone have any ideas on how to improve?
The pilot's hand has a yoke in it, but there is another on the floor, and they don't line up. May need to fabricate something.

The eventual position inside the fuselage, will need some fit work
Adding some interior paint behind the gaps in the cockpit
I haven't attached the engine pices, since I plan to paint these separate from the body.
First coat was very poor coverage, this is probably the worst spot
Other parts look OK, but still a little splotchy
Second coat came out much better, good overall coverage
Top View of the second coat
Masking the side panels to paint
Masking job on the engines wasn't the best, needs some cleanup

Assembled in time for the holidays, now I just need to start on the sanding, smoothing and paintjob

Finally done. Might repaint the base from grey to black next time I have the airbrush loaded, but otherwise, I think I can call this one complete.
