Chilean vampire
Cockpit main parts ready to be imporved.
I created an extra layer of the instrument panel using a copy of the decal provided in the box.
Some extra details were scratched in the cockpit.
A dry-fit just to check
Here to highlight the details and paint them I used some pencils and Tamiya pigments.
Position lights were improved using a clear sprue and clear colors.
To check the surfaces of the model before the paint job I applied a Mr. surfacer coat.
Red coat on the F.O.D. covers.
Pre-shadding using black.
Finally the light grey was applied.

Bart Goesaertlooks very good. Can you pls explain the thing with the pencils and the tissue? Or is it just to give the tissue some depth in color?

Pierre-Christian BaudruThanks guys ! For the pencils, I think on 72nd scale you can use them to paint small details in the cockpit and create effects like when you do a dry-brush. If you don't like the result you just need to remove the colors using a wet brush (or something similar) and paint the details again. About the tissue, you just need to deep the paper inside the varnish and place it on your model. Then you can paint it by brush and apply some oils and pigments. Cheers.
