Yeah!! Another one like me!!! Great level of scratchbuilding, I Love it!! BTW isn't the D2 supposed to have a "fenestron" tail rotor or am I confusing it with the H-145M (EC645T2)??
9 February 2017, 17:54
Marc A.
Hi Pierre!, and thanks for your words. Yes, you're little comfused with it H145M. The D2 is much more similar to the H145 now. Except tail boom section, its the only that change and because the develop fusión of Bölkow(eurocopter Airbus- partner) and Kawasaki.
The new H145 wich is now called (T2plus), if Im not confused

Marco Tessari
Hi Marc, Hi Pierre, the latest and brand new BK-117 D2 (commercial name H145) is the evolution of the BK-117 C2 (commercial name (EC-145 T1). The main difference between the D2 and the C2 are: new avionic suite, new powerful engine and the D2 fitt the new tail rotor called Fenestron). The military version of the D2 is called H-145M, difference are only in the tactical equipment.

I will try to finish the top of console and instrumental panel in this days. That is what keep me stuck with the interior, also need to finish the pedals, but not big deal, and it is almost there to see the light

Alexander Grivonev
Terrific work, Marc! How did you do the wipers, what materials did you use?
13 February 2017, 10:40
Marc A.
Hi Alex. Needles and plus model wires are my favorite materials. I also use Lion Roar wire and evergreen/plus model/plaststruct sheets as plastic. but the more important is Patience and Concentration, right(?) 😄 ...thanks for your kind words!!
13 February 2017, 15:16
Marc A.
Paiting with some plastic-paint colors problems. In some plastic places the paint does not adhere. I washed, and re-cleaned, sanded and cleaned..."Nothing happend" so will be what its is "No words" 🙁
16 March 2017, 11:43
Spanjaard
maybe primer?
16 March 2017, 17:49
Marc A.
Yeap! allread try that in differents colors mixed with the above mentioned technics. By now the top looks fine, I just finished and now its rotor blades Im dealing with. Main color blades is applied aftert several times, but in the end you can see some marcs of what I'm talking about. Which I will try to fix them and show you guys the differences.
17 March 2017, 14:28
Marc A.
