WIP - Luna-M (FROG-7)
Box art.
Big box filled with sprues.
List of sprues and interesting frame to start with.
Many delicate parts to build a frame.
Partially painted frame with some transmission parts and external frame arm.
I did the transmission parts - one per side for one engine.
Trumpy did a movable suspension for 1st and 4th exile but when you glue shock absorber it is gone. So I did my own version.
All put together now.
Completed frame...

Added engines and transmissions.
Radiator parts.
A lot of additional equipment has to be built.
I like the retro Fallout style look of it.

Top dry fit overall view 😉
Wheel with rims - strange rubber, very soft.
But details is quite good.
Dashboard with launcher control panels.
Dry fit of cab.
Strange looking back wall - luckly it won't be visible.
Some equipment (a lot of such is needed).
Ugly crane.
Some work will be needed.
Surface was sanded and new details from plastic strips were added.
Radiator compartment.
Frame rear - it was hard to fit this piece.

Thomas - I knew a little bit about this vehicle but frame construction was a total surprise to me as well.
Scott - It was announced in November in one of the shops in Warsaw but when I talked to them they advised me that Trumpeter messed up something and it will be available late January/early February and then suddenly it appeared in one of my favorite shops just before New year so Ive ordered it immediately. I had to wait until they unpacked the container with models and as soon as I get it landed on my workbench.

Dan MI've noticed the frame is painted flat black and then I assume it's dry-brushed ? That's a very interesting effect and it shows the details very well. Is it dry-brushed with a metallic color ?

Spanjaardi would not like be at the arrival point of that missile. And with all that rust, probably i would not like to be anywhere close to the departure point either! 🙂

Scott DuttonHow you get such a beautiful result, even the bumper bar looks magnificent and themissile looks fabulous, not sure I'd want to be near it when the fire button is pushed however, she has seen better days. Another brilliant project what next. I vote scud on js chassis

Most likely I will add some dirt, striking on the windows and lamps as they look too neat.
Scott - as currently I'm looking for inspiration to finish Scimitar/Scorpion so next project it will be Bereg & Rubezh on one base.
