Zlin Z-142M
this will be quite a quick build 🙂
lead weight in place, cockpit painted, front instrument panel with decal ready for final assembly
and everything closed with canopy in place
ready for primer
primed with Mr. Surfacer 1200, sanded few spots which needed some attention
and after two hours of fun in spray booth
I think the final result is really close
small bits painted and ready
all decals are in place. I had to trim the front 3 color stripe arrow a bit so it fit more or less as on the instruction sheet
I must say, I love this little thing 🙂
after matt varnish, wash and glueing all small parts - model is DONE!
Really nice kit!
Highly recommended!

Nice little bird, colors & finish looking really good. Was there a particular reason the kit was translucent?

Very nice topic (I have to get one too) and very nice build. However I have to point out, the seatbelts seem to be missing.

Thank you guys! Slavo Hazucha - no particular reason. Both kits from Hobby Boss - Z-42 and Z-142 are molded from translucent plastic. Łukasz Gliński - Yes I know. There is not much details in the cockpit but you are aboslutely right. Those seatbelts could be added. Either I forgot or was too lazy at that time.
