I love these WW2 hot rods & these make such a brilliant subject. I've seen the aforementioned AR213, its on display at the Imperial War Museum at Duxford in Cambridgeshire.

Was hoping I wasn't pushing the definition of "Aggressor" a little too much to be included....

The nose is looking very impressive Gordon. A very interesting subject, I wasn't previously aware of such a colour scheme on a Spit. 🙂

Got the nose stripes painted. Not sure they are correct, but very little photo evidence of how they go...
Need to do some little touch-ups on the grey of the camo, then on to decalling!

Decaling finished. The upper roundels cracked and splintered so had to replece them with the Eagle Strike Spitfire/Hurricane Roundels (Early) I have had in my stash for years.
Just need to let the Klear dry so I can Dulcote, add the antenna wire (ez-line) and it will be complete.

Finished! Spit #31 of the collection. 2 more on the bench, 1 on the shelf of doom, and 55 more in the stash...

Wow, you're a real Spitfire fan 🙂 You got me hooked with this camo, I have to build it one day too 🙂
