the "Heller" bzw. "Airfix"-kit is better than thie hasegawa-Kit; is more playtool! 😉

Thanks for your comment Thomas, as I said above, this kit is just a practice for me.

Amazing little truck, have to build one myself. Love the little added bits and the panel😉

Thanks Edgars, in the end this kit is definitely not in the same league as the Academy, but it was fine for me to recover a few skills after 15 years or so of no kit-building.

Album info
Hasegawa 1/72 kit, commenced building during week 3 of the great Covid-19 lockdown, late March 2020. Decided the lockdown was the best opportunity since retiring in 2010 to start on my stash of unbuilt models - collected over the years since the early 70's.
I had already purchased a selection of Vallejo ModelAir colours (36) plus various varnishes & airbrush thinner, flow aid as my large collection of old Humbrol enamels was of dubious usability.
As our apartment has no garage or store room where I can spray enamels or lacquers, after researching various acrylics I decided on Vallejo, based mainly on availability & colour range plus good reviews.
