Cockpit interior coming together.

I added the rear seatbelts from Tamiya tape and Tin Foil.

Dry fitting the rotary, which went together brilliantly.

Now the problems began. No matter what i dd i could not the the numerous pieces of cockpit glass and doors to line up. Lots of filler and plastic card used.

Main colour added. The grey used by the IAC was a difficult colour to match. A friend sent me a list of paints to use to achieve the correct colour. Tamiya XF-80 Royal Light Grey x 70%, Tamiya XF-2 White x 25% & Tamiya XF-23 Light Blue x 5%.

Starting some of the decals.

Getting there. You can see the post/pilar between the pilots door and the main wind shield is about 3-4mm, should have been about 2mm max. This was filled using plastic card & AK Putty.

As there was no parts for this type of antenna seen on the real IAC Dauphins I made one using spare bits off a 1/72 scale aircraft and Uschi rigging cable.
![Album image #10 Album image #10](/albums/img/6/2/2/956622-74123-75-720.jpg)
Ordinary sewing thread was used to connect the winch hook to the door bracket, again as seen on the real machine.

Nearly there. A few things to do. This model is not Authentic to the type of Dauphin SA356 used by the IAC as there are many different characteristics, but I decided to build away anyway.

Cheers Alberto, I had a lot of fit issues. They may have been all of my own making. I did have to disassemble the outer cockpit a few times and still couldn't get a great fit. Would be interested to see if you get the same issues.
