Decal work has begun, using an aftermarket set of va-75 Sunday Punchers. This particular ship had a run in with some trees when a pilot was dodging an sa-2. Story says that the plane smelled of pine for weeks after returning safely to the carrier 

 

 

Had the dilemma of choosing eduards mer's or stick with the kit. Im using the resin, but the kit ones are ok

Did a black base and different shades of greys and tans to make up the final coat.
