This was fun. A tiny metal sticker to fit around the light. Needle nose tweezers, held breath, it went on pretty easily, actually. A rare case when my otherwise humiliating nearsightedness was actually a help!

Headlight assembled. Clear plastic part glued in with some thinned PVA.
