You don't see a Saladin very often. I remember wanting this Tamiya kit so bad when I was young.

Album info
Nearing completion of my 1971 Tamiya Saladin which I bought off Ebay. It models a Saladin in Aden in 1967. It was a fun build even though the kit lacked a lot of detail. You can see that tools are not fastened to the vehicle by anything. I unfortunately shorted the motor so it ended up a static model.
