looks as spectacular as the real thing! I'm guessing the 'Union Jacks' are decals ? How did they work?

Yeah the Union Jacks are all decals, with the spine and tail painted red.
The Decals on the tops of the wing and on the tail aren't too bad, but the ones on the underside of the wing were difficult to get right.
They're very large so you have to cut them into smaller sections to get it all in the right place. And they're not quite the right size for the wing - they're not quite wide enough to reach the wingtips as they should, and they hang off the back a little so have to be trimmed down.

Amazing work mate. I had a couple of questions about the base dimensions and where to drill the hole for the rod. I'm a bit scared to make it completely out of balance and love the way it tilts up a tiny bit on your work.
