Gotha G.II/G.III WW I Roden

Starting this daunting kit, here are some photos of the cleanup process. Whole lot of sanding ahead.  

Some more work on the fuselage. I used oil paints to simulate wood grain texture, when my new paint shipment arrives I will use an orange clear coat to brighten the color. 

I had originally painted the whole interior wood but then realized that was a mistake. The real interior of the Gotha.III was mostly fabric so it's been corrected. Soon I will need to get a dremel to properly deal with those awful ejector pin marks that are noticeable here.
