Thanks guys! It still needs some tinkering with the canopy and weathering. Also I'll make a new base, so new pics only when these things are done. 🙂

Thx, unfortunately the photos don't do justice to my weeks spent with postshading... The effects seemingly just disappeared somehow! 😄

If you dont mind, what paint did you use to do the yellow? And did you pre-shade? I'm working on a yellow wings now, and am thinking ahead on how to break up the monotony of long solid yellow wings.

@Mike, since I don't have any airbrush, I mostly use rattlecans, (this time Gunze S39 RLM69 and S115 RLM65) therefore I don't (can't) preshade, rather postshade with oils (Abteilung and mig Oilbrushers...). This is way more visible on my Spitfires for some photographic reasons... 🙂

András, are you saying that this was painted with a spray can? Seriously? It is super clean work. Amazing.

Thanks Thomas! 3 years ago, restarting the hobby I made the mistake of NOT purchasing and learning how to use an airbrush, instead I spent 5x the money to buy ~100 rattlecans ever since... 😄 Not the best idea, but I'm kind of stuck with the sprays since I hate brushmarks and freehanding camos and canopies.

Hi András, very clean results considering your use of spray cans. Amazing! Also, a very comprehensive list of aftermarket products. What I don't see though, is where you got the belly camera from. Is that in the kit or is that aftermarket as well?

I'll probably build the original, German version on an Eduard G-2 soon. Good luck with yours!
