Allied vehicles.
Lots of fine detail on this kit. Dry fitted wheels and splash thingy, until I can obtain and apply primer.
I wonder if I can add a few detail, similar to my 1:35 one...
I'll add 'glass' for the windscreen, after priming and painting. The screen is actually hinged, and removable - neat!
The jerry can handles were moulded as a solid block, up I've tried to modify it, to find a couple of handles. I'll continue to try to improve them further....and maybe even fit the middle handle.
Primer applied, ready for top coat next.
Axles will be added after top coat applied.
If I had left the steering wheel off, I might have made a better job of painting the dashboard dials....
They are coming together, together 😉
Lots still to do, next weekend🙂
Last parts added, dilute gloss coat, decal.... Looking the part, at last 😉
The damaged grill frame has been repaired. So glad I scraped the rear of that piece, to let air flow through the open grill.
Decals are settling in, and will be coated with a clear coat once fully dry.
Fine wire used to create some tie-down cleats.
Once I'm sure the glue has fully cured, I'll try to make a tarpaulin and ropes.

Welcome, Lukasz. This looks like these could turn out quite nice, but the plastic is very soft, so easily damaged....

Many thanks for your 'likes', everyone. More to be done, so not there yet!

Many thanks, Bas Tonn. Everything fits really nicely with only minimal adjustments here and there. A few mould ejector pin marks need to be filled (I didn't fill them all, as you can see...).No seam marks, so very little cleaning up required.
