@Skyhiker Germany captured at least three flyable Jugs, this is one of them, the well known P-47D-2-RA landed by mistake in Caen on the 7 November 1943: after a period of test in Rechlin and a part in a propaganda film, it was handed over to Zirkus Rosarius that toured Lufwaffe's front line unit instructing fighter pilots on characteristics of various enemy aircrafts.
