First I built the ejection seat to evaluate if I had to buy an aftermarket one. I stuck with the kit one as I plan to built the AC in static. When parked some sort of canvas is placed on the ejection seat. I plan to replicate that, so there was no need for aftermarket seat.

I wasn't happy with the look of the wings. Normally the outer wings fold INTO the inner wings sections. But there is nothing where the outer wing could fold into with the kit.

First painting steps done! Light and Dark Ghost Gray. Initially I used Real Color RC249 Medium Gray as the darker color, but I found it way to dark. So I switched to Dark Ghost Gray.

@Christopher: Welcome back to the BEST HOBBY in the world! 😁 The greys are AK Real Colors RC252 Light Ghost Grey and RC251 Dark Ghost Grey. Those colours worked for me. The instructions although said I should use Medium Grey for the darker tone (which would be RC249), but that tone was too dark for me. Maybe another brand's Medium Grey is not that dark!
