Camouflage is the standard (1937-1940) dark gray with disruptive patterns of dark brown over 1/3 of the tank. National insignia was the solid white cross which proved to too prominent and easily sighted by anti-tank gunners. As the fighting progressed these were covered with mud or painted over in gray or yellow paint.2
