Cockpit started.

A bit late to notice there were no seat belts provided!
Incorrect belts, but they're all I had, and it looks so much better with them.
Nose weight means these are needed.
Brush painted with Winsor and Newton.
Panel line wash - Tamiya Smoke diluted.
1st coat of green on top.
First batch of decals on before weathering. Decalfix still dryinh.
Underside done - awaiting matt varnish.
Excess decalFix mistake fixed - port wing.

Steve SmithI had the seat belt set in my stash. This is the last war set and so not correct for this model, but is better than nothing, as it's all I have.

Bart Goesaertnice work so far... Also started tackling this one, but with the CMK-upgrades... These don't fit whatsoever...

Andrew EadonGreat work thus far Steve, despite the large amounts of filler and sanding, looking forward to the finished product. There comes a lot of satisfaction from finishing a kit that has caused you no end of trouble.

This is my attempt at the ex MPM (?) kit.
Almost nothing fits. This is in part down to an almost complete lack of tabs and locating holes, but also because some of the parts well, just don't fit.
I have used vast amounts of filler on this, and spent many a happy hour sanding and shaping.
My skills are modest, and having arthritic hands has not helped, but I am learning loads. This is the point, surely. Each kit a little better than the last.
