I'm in on this one, one tip though be very gentle with the windshield because it will snap.

Thanks Micheal for tip, I was not aware of it. Will try to be extra careful.
Thank you Patrick.

It came to my attention that this version of Leo is too heavy. Trailer max load is 56 tons but 2A7 version is way more than 60 tons. I'm wondering if instead of Leopard include new Puma from Rye Field Model.
How do you think?

When I was researching for my build I found that this particular trailer is for on road use and primarily with the German Leopard 2 A6. I have a photo of an updated SLT-56 with the extra storage compartments in Afghanistan with a AFV on the trailer. The problem you'll have is that it uses a different trailer, one that uses the same size wheel as the SLT-56. I have also seen a photo with a SLT-56 with another SLT-56 on the trailer. That was an idea that I had when I bought another kit of eBay but Unfortunatly it never turned up in the mail.

When I get back into mine I plan on putting a MAN 5t mil gl on my trailer, I got that idea when I saw how cool it looked when another Scalemate built the same thing.

I do not have plans for this trailer nor new or updated 🙁 that's why I will stick to Puma.
As for the Man on the trailer I think I know which build this is.

Beautiful work so far Przemek, I'm going left field with my trailer load, pics to come later today.😄

I've started some piping and wiring. Half work done. Rest will be done after glueing both winches

Thanks Micheal - I build Puma, quite easy and straightforward build. I was quite surprised with quality. No pin marks, minimal seam lines, great fit, very nice plastic. High quality parts and details and not expensive. Only disadvantage is not movable or even positionable suspension and wheels which had to be glued (no polycaps or other way of fit). Overall very good model - comparable to Meng (but with less options)

For my taste is the color to light, especally the Brown. What Brand do you need? Is my opinion😉

Thanks Michał.
Thomas - you're right. Colors on photo are too bright, even black looks like dark grey. I used Tamiya NATO colours - XF-67, XF-68 and XF-69 so should be proper ones. Anyway this is only base color. Later I will add some highlights, some shading. filter, wash and oils. At the end they will look quite faded and I hope accurate 😉

i am iritate @ Michal; your slt looks darker, espacelly the brown! no problem; it is Przemek decision what color he needed! 😉

I finished the base color painting. I've added some presiding and highlights.
Last there photos were taken with the same vehicles but on different backgrounds. White-grey BG gave the most accurate Colors but still those ant not 100% correct. Brown looks to red.

Your builds are top! Will there be a diorama?

Thank you. Models took most of the space on the base so only some wooden poles, maybe few bushes. Will see 🙂

Thank you all. I've added some hooks&chains on the truck, and some fuel stains.
Still thinking about the empty space near the truck - I have to put there something.
