Final
majority of the construction is completed.
couple of places to touch up here and there, nothing serious tho.
roundels with tamiya royal blue, underside included.
1st pass with gunze C369 Dark Earth BS381C/450 focusing only on the panel lines.
btw the entire nose section joint ghosted so i had to go in with gunze 500 surfacer....

2nd pass now focusing on both panellines and rivets. pressure upped so i can get some overspray into the large panels.
3rd and 4th passes, dark earth built up, mostly. the effect of previous work is still visible tho not to the cell phone camera obviously... we'll see what happens when the clear coats come in.
next stop will be masking and painting middle stone in this same manner, once it's done i'll mask the roundels again and blank them with dark earth completely.

Right wing and fuselage: panel lines shaded with a shadow color for mid stone i mixed from H402 green brown and tamiya lemmon yellow, about 1/5 respectively.
Left wing: once the shading is done i mixed the base color with H324 light gray (needed something with a blue tint and lighter than azure blue that will be the underside - color theory basics came in handy 🙂) and thinned further, took the psi down and instead of following the tactic on dark earth did the opposite and aimed inside of any noticeable detail letting overspray do it's magic on an already dark base.

Right wing and nose section: previous color mixed back again with tamiya lemmon yellow and thinned even more and psi reduced a bit as well and went in a misty coat for blending it all together.
shoe drops off
work on the roundels will be next. i don't see any issues to fix with the camo pattern or paint liftoff on dark earth sections due to masking.
there are a couple of spots to fix from overspray and masking tape liftoff however the bulk of the paintjob is complete.

Great finish Murad! Those overpainted roundels add interest to these markings as well.

Nicely done, great job. Love the camouflage and weathering - not too tidy and not too worn!

A real beauty, Murad.
I really like that oil leak on the nose and the exhaust stains.

Great, well done Murat. Very inspiring. I'll waiting for the ordered Airfix 1/72 with the same camo.
