Album info
'69 Dodge Daytona. Initially, I was going for yellow with white stripe. Decided to use black stripe instead. Testor's enamel, sprayed with my airbrush looked really good, but I forgot the fender fillers. Those wouldn't line up and look good so I bondo'd them in place. Lots of sanding and finally a repaint. Still came out looking good so I put on a coat of clear, then Molotow chrome. The diaper stripe decal went on perfectly. Then I tried to use Tamiya panel line accent and mucked it all up. Using alcohol to try to clean up the Tamiya accent black and I had a mess. Ran out of yellow and had to order some more. Now I'm gonna have to use the white stripe decal since I ruined the black decal. Lessen learned: panel accent must be wiped up immediately and put on one line at a time.
