We shall be building the second one in PS-V L7026
![Album image #2 Album image #2](/albums/img/5/2/4/1085524-103074-77-720.jpg)
Not much of this can be seen with the fuselage closed
![Album image #3 Album image #3](/albums/img/5/2/5/1085525-103074-78-720.jpg)
Usual eduard pe belts used
![Album image #4 Album image #4](/albums/img/5/2/6/1085526-103074-56-720.jpg)
Provided decal went down well on to the instrument panel, with the help of a good dose of humbrol decalfix ,albeit a little out of register with the dials, (my mistake) although you can’t really tell when the fuselage is closed

Nice little touch from Airfix for those NOT paying attention. These little critters for the radiator
![Album image #6 Album image #6](/albums/img/7/9/5/1089795-103074-31-720.jpg)
Are also labelled b(back) and f(front) !!
![Album image #7 Album image #7](/albums/img/8/1/6/1089816-103074-18-720.jpg)
A word of caution. Initially I thought Airfix had ballsed up and provided 2 elevators exactly the same …. Luckily it’s impossible to get it wrong whatever way you fit them the actuator is ALWAYS on the top on the starboard side
![Album image #8 Album image #8](/albums/img/8/1/7/1089817-103074-32-720.png)
But as this photo of the last surviving defiant shows the trim actuators are one on top and one below. So they look the same .

Managed to break the kit sensor tube off (no surprise there) so fashioned my own out of brass 0.5mm tube and 0.3mm rod

Cheers Guillaume, David and Flight. DT, goes together really well, the fus and wings are together with no filler. BUT……. the matchbox trencher has found reemployment!! All the surface detail is waaaay over size and needs a bit of abrasion to reduce it to a more scale appearance. On the plus the plastic is Really soft and so sands very quickly, so beware

Thanks Istvan, BTW. Anyone building this could do a lot worse than follow this link for a walk round photo shoot..

Calling this done, other than a flat coat. I feel this has been a bit of an uphill battle for some reason and lost a lot of interest in it, so I shan't be weathering this beyond where it is already.
