Stinger mantis from Jedi survivor 1/50 full Scratch build
I draw some technical Details of the Gear.
I Print out the Pictures i found, in the size i need
The Central of the ship that hold all together
First landing gear in progress
Hydraulik Zylinder
Hydraulik first leg, one side done
First gear-test. I have to Drill new holes, because the angle was not right. ?
I use some Chrome foil for the Hydraulik Zylinder.
I use some fiberoptics to light up the four red lights.
First i use Mr metal color chrome silver, than a coat of x22 from tamiya, i didnt expect the result but it gives the Kit some different shades. I let it dry for a day or longer.
For the blue, i use a vallejo coat...

So, i have to do it 3 times more
The rods are 0,5 mm thick i have to cut 180 pieces for 9cm.
The color of the light is not the Final.
I have to do this 16 times

jan zumackHi spanjaard, yes i do. This ist a complete Scratch build. At the end the ship will be 790mm Long. I am crazy, i now.

jan zumackHe treehugger, i tested the legs with 2kg per leg, i hope it is enough. If its not i drill in a seperat roundsteel to Catch the weight.

jan zumackI use an old drawing bord to Cut the pieces i need. And Stripes, tubes and rods from evergreen.

Hi mates, this Project ist the greatest i've ever try.
I saw the ship the First time in Jedi fallen Order and loved it instantly. I thougt a long time to build it. Then i played Jedi survivor and a Muse kiss me. This Project will need a many time and i build it not the hole time. I think 2 years are realistic.
