Thank you guys for your messages!!! This was a quick build, less than 30 days, and I finished it on time to display at IPMS Rio 2014. I won the special prize of "Best Le Mans Winner" in the show 🙂
@acki: I use tamiya x-18 and a very thin brush.

Acki, another way of achieving it (thin black lines) is with a very fine felt tipped pen, the one where the nib looks like a Rapidograph nib... If you go wrong the ink wipes away with water!!!
