Walls and shingles: smear plaster on a thick enough paper, let it dry then do the detail work.
Snow dust trial: dry up Flat Base on a plastic bag (or any other elastic & non absorbant material!) then ground as needed.
plumbing is installed
gutter is plastic drinking straw
drainage pipe is q-tip handle bent into shape with candle flame ala sprue stretching
plumbing basecolor is rust, greens and greys applied over with the sponge method
broken pipe clamp is a strip of drinking straw again.

1/72 ? yeah right, trailer fuel tank probably yes but the tank itself looks like a 1/76 still. Anyway, it's an Airfix, always welcome for a weekend project. Will paint in winter white wash.
