Trumpeter Su-27 Flanker
Zactoman nosecone. Not a good fit. It was to small for the opening and I had to do some serious surgery to get it to fit.
Not a fun task scribing lost detail in resin.
Preparation for the installment of the beautiful Zactoman intakes. The fit here looks better than the nosecone.
Looking at photo's I noticed that the hinge point wasn't located correctly. So I had to re position it.
Some more work to do to eliminate the obvious step.

Today I got my Kinetic 1/48 SU33 delivered. It's a big plane. In 1/32 scale it must be massive!

Did you complete this project? Blending the nose cone is exceptional. I have one in the stash and is curious to see how you solve the different challenges.

Unfortunately It stalled and has been boxed ever since. One day I hope to finish it or I may even sell it as is.
