The solid/hard tracks look nice. Heh. I have the other Hasegawa digger vehicle (Hitachi Excavator Zaxis 135US), but on that I believe the tracks are all rubber. Unsure if they are rubber tracks on that Hitachi digger in real life, maybe it is.

Wait, are those aftermarket parts, the hard tracks? It seems like all these Hasegawa kits only comes with rubber track.

Following! I'm starting to love model construction equipment... I'm terrified to build one because I know 0 percent of weathering/mudding/rusting which is a must I think... But then again I've never seen a modeled construction piece that wasn't weathered. 😛 Gook luck!

It looks 3d printed. Something that can be ordered from Shapeways maybe.

I can't find that aftermarket product when I tried looking for it. What is the url for that website selling these?

I am not a connoisseur of construction vehicles, but I just cannot ignore the potential play-value this thing would open up for me & my 7-year old son!😉 Very nicely made model of a really interesting machine!

Probably better with a metal toy, but I guess if you can build the plastic kit together with your kid then that would be fun as well.
