I see. I used to do that too. I have the feeling, that some model kits aren't able to handle that. Eventually it depends of the age of the plastics. I don't know. I know, that there is nearly no way, to turn that back. I have some kits, where the lights are dizzy. I have to live with it.
On your Camaro it's not that bad. You always could say, that it's air conditioner is faulty 😄
