Airfix' recent 1/72 Mosquito B.XVI, painted in kit scheme A - ML963 8K-K, No. 571 Sqn RAF, No. 8 (Pathfinder) Group, RAF Oakington, September 1944. This build used the resin correction set from Freightdog Models to fix some of the inherent accuracy issues with the kit. Barring inaccuracies, however, this kit went together beautifully and was a pleasure to build. It is cleverly engineered to make the build process as smooth as possible, and comes out looking very nice.
