My first sea plane and its from Anigrand, who do an interesting 1/144 selection.

Some filling required after attaching the engine nacelles to wings, also drilled some exhaust ports at top of engine cowlings. One of the rear tail-planes had some damage that needed to be corrected/filled

Will add a few bits to the cockpit, a dashboard and centre console.

Wings and tailplane attached. Needs a bit of filler at the wing roots but went together pretty smoothly.

The 2 Blues have gone on, Intermediate Blue and (USN) Sea Blue (not to be confused with the post WWII Glossy Sea Blue).

A bit of overspray cleanup and then its the final coat of off-white/gray on the underside to do.

Once the gloss coat goes on the Sea Blue looks more blue if my Corsair paint job is anything to go by.

Had some cracking with the Microscale gloss. Didn't get it with the Ju87 I'm also doing at the moment, so I'm thinking I need more than 24hours to dry before applying the gloss coat.

I'm saying that the cracked gloss coat is residual salt spray weathering !

I know that the outer engine(s ?) only had a 3 bladed prop, but I only had one 3 bladed prop supplied a 3 four bladed props ???

I think that pretty well completes this model.

Thanks David, considering its 144 scale I don't think Anigrand are any better or worse than most kits out there, which all usually need some tweaking, though they don't believe in interior detail. Mind you, I'm not a fan of the level of interior detail that some kits come with that you will never see once you close the fuselage.
