Puh Malte, you´ll need a lot of space for that babe! But building this beast must be true fun!

Thanks, enough Space should not be the factor, the time to build it will be the bigger factor. 🙂 But I am really glad that I found a really interesting example to build.

Yepp, and the ones you usually find are Museum-examples. 🙂

Saw one live approximately 8 years ago when I was in Nuevitas (CU). It was on a patrol flight on the nothern coast, Unfortunately light conditions were bad (back light ) so it was not possible to identify neither the camouflage colors nor the markings.

I don't know when they were painted in the new camouflage, the old one was a mix of light blue and light green - that is what you see on a lot of pics on a.net and so on.

This is correct. They use the same blue-greene sceme on their Migs but it is not so easy to find good fotos but sometimes you can observe them at the airport of Holguin which has a large military area with shelters and runways in the bush.

Thanks for the infos! If I ever go to Cuba, this will be my first aim. 🙂 The camo that will cover this model will be this one: [img1]
