1944 Roosevelt was ill and the American's choose to redraw from the war in Europe. Germans have succeeded in their attempt to kill Stalin. Following fight for power in the communist party led to standstill to the front .

The Germans realised that now they have the chance to end the war on their terms. But to accomplish this they needed to rebuild their forces .
So they decided to share with their allies some of the newest technology.
They gave the building license for Focke Wulf TL jäger to Romania , which in turn was supposed to build these aircraft for themselves and other axis air forces.
