I have recently come into possession of these old CO-MA Aermec Plain Models, from as far as I can tell the 196x (See the listed kits below). I'm planing to sell them. Does anyone know if they have any value as a collector item for example? I can't really find anything about them on the Internet.

My advice would be to put them on Ebay and don't raise your hopes. Some old kits can be of value to collectors and some kits are virtually worthless. I've never heard of that make before so I don't know which camp they fall in, but I would suspect they aren't worth much.

Oh, the 100 I missed. Came across the last 200s in the 80ies with the "classic" Lufthansa livery. This will be interesting. Count me in.

I saw the first photo with metal finish and mistakenly thought this was finally someone posting a metal foil project. 🙂
I want to use metal foil, but so far haven't tried it. I think I've learned that, just like putting on a metal finish with airbrush, every tiny blemish standing out if the surface isn't smooth, the same with metal foil I think. Any dent or scratch will eventually show up in the foil as a blemish I think.

Q: When you airbrush on metallic paint, do you airbrush it wet-in-wet, or multiple very thin layers of "dry" metallic paint?
