I made the control cables as well, but those will be completely invisible. I had to change the fuselage assembly sequence because of that, and it caused some problems when I joined the two halves, ended up using some putty and sanding on the bottom of the fuselage.
Painting in progress. I decided to paint the insignias as well, but the end result is far from perfect. Hopefully the final layer of varnish and oil washes will cover it up…
