Matt on the other hand is wrong considderin' that they only used gloss paints. But it looks better with with a matt/flat finish. It's a lovely build of the old dog from Airfix though.

I would like to have it floating around in my bathtub instead of the angry duck that's lookin at me strange everytime i try to relax with a bath.

The glossy finish have always been subject for discussion. In thes case the plane is wet (!), probably rain or water from the landing... -Hehe..
