Camel
Wood is too light and metal is about as shiny as the underside of my shoe.
A serious fail. Trying to replicate a laminated prop made it look like it was wrapped in a tiger's fur.
Used a South African product called Pratley putty (apparently the first epoxy putty) in place of kneadatite for the leather around the cockpit. Worked okayish.
Darkened the wood and applied chrome to the nose cowling
I'm happy so far. Could be better though. However it was an awful quality kit.
Slowly getting there. The decals are fantastic on this kit.
