Thanks Ben, Jos, Eelco and Mike👍
@Ben: Yes, this Albatros from German jasta 20 crash landed in the Netherlands and, since the Netherlands were neutral during WWI, was interned and flown by the Netherlands Air force
@Jos: same here mate! 👍

Those orange circles look good on the albatros, the finish is suberb! The rigging looks functional, those buckles bring it to life....you don't happen to have any in progress pictures to share?

Thanks Soeren and Wim, much appreciated! 👍
Wim, I have a lot of work in progress pictures, but didn't post them here. Anything in particular you want to see pictures of?

Flawless beauty... 👍 Excellent finish on all involved material- and surface types present, microscopic details and perfect rigging and top photos (very nice use of Depth of field & focus) - pro job on every step 👍

Thanks Slavo and Neuling for the positive comments! 👍
@Wim: it's quite simple. Just feed a elastic Uschi wire (i.e. Uschi) through a piece of tube (i.e. bob's buckle), through an eyelet (i.e. Gaspatch) and then back in the tube and glue. The eyelets are to be glued in predrilled holes, so drill them early in the building process😉

Rigging is slack in some places. Apart from that it is an outstanding model, very convincingly painted and weathered.

Thank you Bas, Robert, Spanjaard, Rui, Villiers and Michael!!
@Michael: I think what you 'mistake' for slack are rigging wires crossing each other and changing the angle a bit? All rigging is elastic and under tension

Hi Kees. You are absolutely right. I did mistake the wirecrossings for slack. Again: great model - and cool choise of subject.
