Looks great, but I've never seen a camo like that before. Is that artistic license or were there camouflages that were that subtle?

I think this is a good topic. I used Agama N01M (RLM 70) and N02M (RLM 71) alcohol based colours. Rlm 70+71 scheme is correct. But the shades of colours interpreted by the manufaturer of colours could be discussed.

From the photos it is a little hard to tell the difference between the the rlm 70 and 71. It might be that the preshading has darkened the lighter color. Overall it is a great build. Congratulations! Definitely one you can be proud of.

Splendid result, congratulations! The KG 55 badge is from the City of Gießen, where I was born. My great-grandfather served in WW I as an active solider and as old man as Gießen airport security for KG 55 in WW II. After opening his mind and mouth against Nazi Germany he was arrested by the Gestapo in Gießen. Luckily he survived and later became mayor of our nearby hometown. So thanks for a little personal conribution for me from you! 🙂
