Trying to breath some life into this little Jeep. While it is a simple kit, the detail that is available far exceeds the Tamiya offering. So happy to have this as a starting point. As you can see, the engine is no bigger than an aluminium can pull top....but I managed to put some fuel pipes, brackets, dizzy, plug leads and clamps to help depict the real thing.

Getting there. So far everything has fitted together well. Slow going here as the weather is warm and not conducive to painting.

ok....I'm sorta finished this one.....Every time I take photos I find lots of stuff I want to fix....stuff you can't see otherwise. Such a small model but a great addition to the collection without taking up too much space in the cabinet.

Great result !
I rode once in one on the back seat. Pretty uncomfortable. Wish I could have driven it but the Colonel did not allow it.
