Focke-Wulf Fw190 F-8
"Pit Stop", Stab I./SG2, Hungary, Winter 1945

The idea to build a Dio by using this aircraft was born approx. 15 years ago when I built this kit. The camouflage scheme was chosen with this target. Over the years I collected many different items intended to be used. For me, vacation time is modelling time, so I decided that it is time to put other projects "on hold" and start this now.
The dio will consist of the Kettenkrad of the Goliat kit, the starter car and different figures ( Hecker & Goros, SMA( kit bashed), Tamiya)
The aircraft was build OOB with exeption of the ETC´s which are taken from Verlindens FW 190 understorrage set and hydraulic hoses for the brakes. Nowadays I know that the undercarrige angle is not correct but at the end of the 90´s I had no internet.
