M113A1 LRV (Light Reconaissance Vehcile) II

The M113AS1 was the Light Reconaissance Vehicle (LRV) of the Royal Australian Armoured Corps (RAAC) Medium Reconaissance Regiment.
The Regular Army Medium Reconaissance Regiment before Plan Bersheba was the 2nd Cavalry Regiment (Reconnaisance).

I plan to build a 2 Cav LRV from the late 1980s/Early1990s period. During this period I was an ECN088 Driver/Signaller Light AFV Tracked, driving one of these vehicles in 2 Cav Regt.

The AFV Club LKRV kit comes complete with T50 turret and some other parts for an Aussie LRV.
I think overall the MMK T150 conversion set probably gives a more complete M113AS1 LRV, but I love these vehicles, so I am happy to try both approaches.

One of these projects will reproduce callsign 22D which was technically in the APC role which carried a section of Assult Trooopers (dismounted recon section) and one will reproduce 22 the troop leaders LRV.

22 was the second troop of B Sqaudron.
