Scratchbuilt a plastic instrument panel. Made a photo copy of the decal and cut it out with a #11 blade. Attached it to scrap plastic with white glue. Sanded down extra plastic. Removed template with knife edge, coated the new IP with Future, and applied the kit decal to it.
