Douglas X-3 / F-103 Stileto "Fictional"

Another What-If model of mine, The X-3 was much more of a success and was developed into an interceptor much like the F-104 Starfighter. I added better engines and a few "lumps and bumps" representing antennas, I added scratch built ventral stabilizers to represent their fix to it's stability issues, added intake walls a rear wall to the cockpit so the new seat couldn't be seen through the intakes, also added a gun port, refueling probe and new wheels with modified landing gear. The stores include two AIM-9s and two AIR-2 Genie nuclear rockets, along with F-104 tip tanks. I finished it off with an F-104 inspired paint job.
