Windshield scratched on drivers side. So far all attempts to remove have been unsuccessful. Will try one more thing. The frame is also twisted and thinking how to fix since extra weight on that side did not fix. Nice kit for 1982.

Try a hair dryer on a hot setting while having the weight on. Stop intermittently to check if the frame is straightened, also to prevent melting.
