I built this kit in its "chromed" version as a kid, this looks great. I'm intrigued by the hvac tape. I think the stuff I have is too thick.

Hi Ben, it's not the best, it takes a lot of burnishing. It is pretty forgiving though. If you look closely, you'll see some burnishing marks. Old basic kit with raised panel lines so I just went for it. I added some details to the cockpit. I built in-flight because the gear were so basic, and I thought this would look better.
