As you can see this model has a very high number of decals, took me about a day to fit them all in. I used Tamiya Mark Fit Strong for the decal addition.
used a paintbrush for the details after studying reference photos. Great photos can be seen here, I got addicted to this site while building the Rafale, it was my go-to for any doubtsI had. seaforces.org/marint..VIATION/Rafale-M.htm
Those mini "white" spots are actually light gray and they are decals, see if you can count them. 🙂 I can tell you I didn't go crazy applying each and every one in the right position, but I was close to it.
My first ever weathering attempt :>
French Rafale M near the Polish Mig-29 A (work in progress)
I corrected the paint on the cockpit glass edge later.

Ooh, I love these picture build logs! And you seem to have a very tidy workspace. I will definitely be watching!

Hi Thomas, thank you! I think an organized workspace in this hobby is a very important thing. I have been building scale models since I was a kid, I did about 30 then and after 10 years I restarted this hobby while watching Starfish's videos who got me back in to this hobby. The new techniques are great, while I still need to improve my airbrushing, I will make steady progress. Cheers!
