AC-130A Hercules Gunship
I started this kit when I bought it back in 1987. I was in college. I didn't get very far, but I signed my work and dated it. This is inside the wing. I didn't get very far and put the kit away.
I started the kit again back in 2005. I stripped all the paint I did in 1987, started painting again. I'm not sure why I stopped again.
I'm going to go ahead, start again. Currently I have parts in the bag getting stripped from old paint. I have glued nothing, just preliminary paint on interior parts. So it's like a new model.

After 37 years I finally glued the first pieces together.

Harald BesoldYes, that's how it happens sometimes, I can understand that very well. I also have a kit in my stash that I've been carrying around unfinished for half my life. Have fun completing this special model.
