I´ve started painting the sub assemblies (as you see), but ran out of paint... the new one is already there, but I´ve just got the rest of the weekend, cause I have to go back to Unversity... 🤔

base color is on, tried the cammo pattern... would like to get rid of the small dots next to the line...
I used a Haarder Steenbeck Evo with the 0.2 needle and Revell Aquas at 1,5-2 bar, can anyone help me out? I haven´t used my Airbrush in this configuration for a long time...

Its due to how close the airdrushis to the model and how your paint is thined and your pressure
It will take time to getuse to makimg camo with an airbush like that
And to fix it you could try a brush or use the airbrush with the base coat color and run by the camo

Hi Hunter, I got quite good results some time ago, that´s why I wrote what I used, it might be just a simple error in the setting...or it´s just the lack of practice... 🤔😉

I think I´ll have another spray-session next Weekend, in the meantime I have to work on the Marder II D (Alan 011, 1:35) 😉

It´s an Alan kit, not a typical but an Alan kit... which means you´ve got some good, some not so good Details, sink- and ejector marks... some fitting problems... unclear or wrong (handdrawn) instructions, serious mistakes concerning acurracy, but noting serious...never 😉
I´ve created a project here: Marder II D | Project by nng (1:35)

Well.... currently I've got two groupbuilds close to the finish line, some other projects and worst of all: I'm not home so that i can't work with my airbrush ... would next year be ok? 😄😉

Fabian you have more projects started than I have kits in my stash. Most likely you are not married or you are just doing it right at home... 😄
Looks promising!

Album info
The kit is quite nice for it?s age, but it?s already a grandpa... the mould date back to the 60ties, my version is from the 80ties (still older than me 😉 ), the weels would fit better to a Hetzer and the interior is almost empty... so it?s the right kit to try some new techniques
